Load Posting
You must have DAT Connexion services for each account that will post loads to the DAT board. How you set up posting affects Connexion cost to DAT:
- One Connexion account for all posting: One DAT username and password posts every load. All loads show that user's contact information, so carrier calls need to be routed internally to the right person.
- Per-user Connexion accounts: Each user who posts from Transport Pro needs their own DAT username and password, entered on that user's account in Transport Pro. Loads then post with each user's personal contact information.
Important: If you post loads from Transport Pro to DAT, you cannot also manually post loads to DAT. Use one method or the other—not both.
DAT CarrierWatch
You need a single Connexion account for CarrierWatch. You can reuse an existing DAT user account (including one used for load posting). A separate account is optional—some companies keep CarrierWatch, Rate View, and other DAT services on dedicated accounts so load-posting users do not change shared passwords.
Note: Your DAT CarrierWatch account powers the onboarding tool in Transport Pro. You do not need a separate DAT Onboarding subscription. See Carrier Onboarding for how to search by DOT or MC and add a carrier.
DAT Rate View
You need a single Connexion account for Rate View. As with CarrierWatch, you can reuse an existing DAT account or keep a dedicated one so credentials stay stable.
While DAT requires separate subscriptions for these services, Transport Pro does not charge additional fees to set up the integrations. For help configuring DAT with Transport Pro, contact support@transportpro.net.
